Our team cater to both short and long term hire, FIFO/DIDO flexibility, emergency support on-call 24/7 and offering coverage of annual and sick leave.

With the intention of minimising downtime and maximising productivity on-site, our experienced staff are equipped with the expertise to operate in remote areas and are supported with ongoing training to ensure our ability to mobilise teams quickly. Operating throughout Australia, TCLH send staff to assist in the remote mining, onshore oil and gas, exploration mining, construction and civil industries.

CHEFS
Considered to be the best in their industry, we believe in our team, especially when it comes to our culinary experts. Our chefs undergo intensive interview processes, pre-employment screening, ongoing training, inductions and up-skilling.

All chefs employed through TCLH are fully qualified with at least 5+ years of post-trade experience in senior management or head chef positions within remote areas.

CAMP MANAGERS
Hand-selected to ensure our sites are in the care of the most capable individuals in the industry, TCLH camp managers strive to serve and satisfy our clients and their crews.

Our experienced camp managers place a high importance on overseeing the safety of our staff and crews whilst on-site by regularly liaising with relevant stakeholders.

They are responsible for the efficient operation of our sites and locations at all times and provide round-the-clock support to clients.

This is directly through the management of on-site crews, overseeing high levels of food safety, service, cleanliness and camp up-keep.

CAMP ATTENDANTS, HOUSEKEEPERS & UTILITIES
The housekeeping staff of TCLH have an experienced background in everything from grounds maintenance, hotels to remote site maintenance. Our team work to exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and care, taking pride in every aspect of their role.
